‘She thinks it gives her status’: 13-year-old girl faces 109 charges

Prosecutors said the teen’s behaviour had escalated to a point where she was allegedly offending an average of 1.45 times a day – including targeting the Jewish community and mowing a cyclist down in a stolen car.
