N-HYPPADEC donates N10m, food items to Kebbi bandit attacks victims

The Managing Director of the National Hydro-Electric Power Producing Areas Development Commission, Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq-Yelwa, has donated N10 million and assorted food items to victims of recent bandit attacks in Kebbi
